How Kitting and Assembly Works at Argents

1. Kit spec and sample. We document the components, sequence, packaging and quality checks, and build a sample for your approval.
2. Inbound components. Components arrive from your suppliers, domestic or overseas, and are received and counted in our WMS. For imports, our forwarding and customs team coordinates freight so parts land before the build.
3. Build to plan. Kits are assembled in batches ahead of demand, or on demand as orders arrive, depending on your volume and how many variants you run.
4. Quality control. Kits are checked against the approved sample at set points in the run.
5. Store and ship. Finished kits get their own SKU and ship DTC, to marketplaces, or to retail DCs from the same building.
