Where is the Charleston warehouse, and which port does it serve?
Our Charleston-market facility is at 9015 Sightline Dr STE N, Ladson, SC — about 20 minutes from the Port of Charleston. It’s 117,000 sq ft with 27 dock doors, owned and operated by Argents.
Can imported containers move directly from the Port of Charleston into the warehouse?
Yes. Argents is an FMC-licensed NVOCC with an in-house licensed customs brokerage, so we book the ocean freight, clear the entry, run the drayage from the port, and receive the container into our own building — one company, no third-party handoffs.
Is the Charleston facility FDA-registered?
Yes — the Ladson facility is FDA-registered for holding and storing goods. License and registration numbers are available on request.
What kinds of orders ship from Charleston?
DTC e-commerce, subscription, and marketplace orders, plus B2B and retail distribution with EDI. Value-added services — kitting, assembly, labeling, and returns — are handled on site.
