EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS!
International Freight Forwarder • Customs House Broker
Argents Express Group is a partner in CTPAT, the US Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program.
We have voluntarily joined this program to promote safe and secure international traffic and transport between foreign suppliers and our company while adhering to CTPAT mandated MSC (Minimum Security Criteria). We, and our partners, are committed to protect our supply chains from criminal activities such as contraband, cyber intrusions, drug trafficking, illegal weapons, money laundering and terrorism.
As discussed in past, it is becoming extremely important that we have a documented vetting process in place that not only confirms the client’s CTPAT status, but also works to vet each organization in areas such as Corporate Security, Transportation Security, and People & Physical Security.
As a certified C-TPAT Broker in the United States, it is extremely important that we regularly review and educate our clients on the current CTPAT policies and procedures that are currently in place to ensure that they follow and meet the CTPAT MSC and that support documents confirming these processes are readily available for use in each partners annual risk assessment and review.
C-TPAT is the “Customs and Trade Partnership Against Terrorism” program. Participants are required to take steps to secure their supply chain and in return are provided various benefits by CBP.
